Glamping and Camping at Courtlands Farm

The campsite is placed within our paddock on our family farm, with amazing views from every angle, from the Barham valley to the brilliant bright sunsets in the evening.

We have one glamping pod which we have named "The Jam Van", it has a double bed, a sofa, a log burner, a small kitchen area including fridge, hob-top, and hot and cold running water. There is a separate toilet and shower area including 2 showers and 3 toilets, which will be shared with everyone who is using the site at the time. There is access to hot water in the outside washing area and fresh drinking water around the paddock. We have 10 pitches: 2 electric and 8 non-electric.

Fires are allowed however they must be kept off the grass.

Dogs are allowed but you must clean up after your dog, please then dispose of their waste in the general waste bins.​​​

No chemical toilet disposal.

We have easy access to Canterbury and Folkestone by bus, and to Dover via the A260. For more information please look at the nearby page.

Large families are very much welcome, however we prefer no parties due to having young children. We kindly ask that no loud music and no loud noises are made after 10pm, this is because there is a scheduled quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
